Owner and Managing Director, with a background in sound engineering for live events, started the company in 1988.

Originally trained as an electronics service engineer before moving into entertainment and conference audio.

Operations Director with over 20 years’ experience in the live events industry, offering consultancy on interpretation, camera and microphone solutions projects for clients. Steve has been Production Manager on many International projects in the UK and across the globe.

Business Development Manager at buk Solutions in Cambridge, Duncan uses his previously gained expertise to develop new markets for interpretation and digital recording products.

Duncan has extensive knowledge within telecommunications, sales, management and business development for companies within the CCTV, building security and Biometric access control sectors.

Finance Manager, with 15 years accounts experience and ACCA qualified since 2016. Sam joined the company in November 2019 and is responsible for all company accounts within a thriving buk Solutions business.

Dan is an astute Project Manager and has provided Interpretation and Audio-Visual solutions for clients across the UK and Worldwide with extensive experience across many industry sectors.

Responsible for planning and execution of various projects, ranging from large arena-size conferences to smaller, more personal meetings and press conferences around the globe.

Matt is an experienced Account Manager and has been working in the events industry for over 10 years.

Working closely within the rentals department to provide an outstanding and memorable service to our prestigious clients. He has a good understanding of our clients expectations and is always looking to find the best possible solution for the requirement.

Stephen has many attributes and brings his vast experience across the IT and communications fields to manage buk Solutions infrastructure, while providing expert support to our prestigious clients.

Susan has 30+ years experience within the live events industry, developing and building teams of interpreters across the globe

Susan has completed thousands of events across many sectors including Pharmaceutical, Financial and Sales, creating harmonious teams for our client base.

Otis has worked at buk Solutions since October 2022 with responsibility for special projects within many government and civil sectors. He provides full sales process support within the company.

Sales requires many external functions including shipping and friendly customer liaison which Otis provides with a smile.

Andrew provides expert support and advice to all clients within our extensive client base within the government departments across the UK.

Pete has many years experience in the AV industry and is able to translate that into elegant and inventive solutions for a variety of customers.

He is also a great source of after sales support and will always find a solution to any perplexing situation.

Louie is an Audio-Visual Sound Engineer with over 20 years’ experience within the industry and has many attributes and qualities. These include technical expertise and knowledge of all audio and video equipment, problem-solving skills,  and attention to detail with exceptional customer service. Additionally, he is adaptable and flexible to handle unexpected challenges and changes in the work environment, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members by leading by example, demonstrating integrity, upholding professionalism, and has a strong work ethic to gain respect and trust from the team.

Del is an audio engineer who possesses many key skills and a thorough understanding of sound systems and buk solutions specialist equipment, software, and technical solutions. He has excellent technical, troubleshooting and strong communication skills and works well under pressure to deal with the demands of live events. His vast knowledge of computer systems and dedication to continuous learning allows him to stay up to date with the latest advancements in technology.

As an experienced Project Co-ordinator Asia is used to managing multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining close attention to detail to deliver high quality service across all translation and interpretation jobs.
