We use the best hardware on the market from brands such as Brähler, Audio Technica, Axis, M-Audio and Sony – all backed up with secure and easy-to-use VIQ Solutions CapturePro™ recording software. ​

​Storage can be configured and directed to local devices and  servers, or alternatively cloud-based secure storage and archiving facilities such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Databases are fully searchable by all kinds of metadata including time, date, interviewee, location, attendees, case number or any other specified keyword.​

Recordings can be multi-channel audio or a combination of audio and video. Photos, videos, text files or any other electronic documents associated with the case or recording can also be included and securely stored and managed as part of the evidential file.
