BUK solutions has substantial experience in supplying recording equipment and software for hearing rooms. ​We have installed systems for quasi-governmental organisations such as the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)  and the General Dental Council (GDC)  and also for private organisations such as the International Arbitration Centre (IAC).

 

We can design and build enterprise-level facilities, covering multiple locations with recording systems, all connected to a centralised cloud (or local server) database. ​

 

Equally, if a standalone solution for a single site is required, we can provide a cost-effective and tailored package to suit the exact specification.​

 

​Our hearing room packages will provide you with a verbatim, multi-channel audio (and video) recording including case details, notes and digital documents associated with the recording. ​

 

The file can be saved to a secure database , either locally or centrally or it can be exported on a memory stick, burnt to disk or distributed via secure link. This is perfect if you have in-house transcribers or if you use an external transcription company.

If your requirement is to hold hearings in different venues around the country, have a look at our portable recording systems. We can put together a bespoke package that packs away into a flight case for easy transportation. ​

 

There doesn’t need to be a compromise on quality with a portable set-up, you can get the same high-quality, multi-channel audio as you would from a fixed system and we can include HD video if you required.
