“I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for all the hard work on the Informal Meeting of EU Heads of State or Government at Hampton Court Palace in October. Your attention to detail was second to none; nothing was too much trouble especially when dealing with the queries on the interpretation side. It was a huge undertaking in a short time scale and the pressure for it to succeed was great which made it even harder. Please pass on my deepest thanks to everyone in your team who helped to make the summit such a success. I hope that it is not too long before we are working together again.”

“Without real-time language translation from English to Russian, the meeting would not have been a success for the large number of Ukranian and Russian attendees. Our feedback is that the attendees were very happy with the quality of the translation, so thank you for your services and assistance with our Ukranian and Russian colleagues. This contributed significantly to their understanding and ability to participate fully in the meeting and the future success of the project. Once again, thank you for your contribution.”
